At Alighieri, we want you to treasure your Modern Heirlooms forever; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure pieces are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and pouch, ensuring it is securely packed inside the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and retain your proof of postage until our studio confirms receipt and processes your refund.
